Meet the Team

Brian Bordignon, P.Eng.

3VB Engineering Inc. was founded (as 3V Holdings Inc.) by Brian Bordignon in 2003 and was primarily involved in research and development of emerging technologies and investment in engineering companies. In 2012, Brian leveraged his core competencies of municipal infrastructure construction (water, wastewater, storm water, roadworks), and geotechnical engineering, and began offering civil construction and project management services to a select group of private sector Clients.

Today, 3VB continues to provide contract administration, construction project management, site inspection and engineering design services for the civil infrastructure and land development industry.

Brian is a practicing Professional Civil Engineer licensed in Ontario, Canada and 3VB Engineering holds a Certificate of Authorization from Professional Engineers Ontario.

Robert Forgione

Construction Inspector

Robert Forgione joined 3VB in 2024 and brings multiple years of experience in residential construction, electrical utility installation and equipment manufacturing. Robert's general knowledge of construction methods and equipment, combined with his formal training in sewer & watermain inspection and electrical infrastructure, make him a valuable member of the 3VB Team.
